My editorials may seem to be a bit on the religious side for some folks. I assure you, they are. The world is a mess because it chooses to push God out of the picture. The world won't let God into its schools, places of business or courtrooms. We've even removed His name from our money. Well do you wonder why our economy is being removed from us and the dollar isn't worth anything and the Euro is on the rise. READ YOUR BIBLE. IT'S IN THERE.
Fishing Joke
Four married guys go fishing. After an hour, the following conversation took place:
First guy: "You have no idea what I had to do to be able to come out fishing this weekend. I had to promise my wife that I would paint every room in the house next weekend."
Second guy: "That is nothing, I had to promise my wife that I would build her a new deck for the pool."
Third guy: "Man, you both have it easy! I had to promise my wife that I would remodel the kitchen for her." They continue to fish. When they realized that the fourth guy has not said a word, they asked him.
"You haven't said anything about what you had to do to be able to come fishing this weekend. What's the deal?"
Fourth guy: "I just set my alarm for 5:30 am. When it went off, I shut off my alarm, gave the wife a slap on her butt and said: "Fishing or Sex?" and she said: "Wear sun-block."
How The Fight Started
I rear-ended a car this morning. So there we are alongside the road and slowly the driver gets out of his car. . . and you know how you just-get-sooo-stressed and life-stuff seems to get funny? Yeah, well, I could NOT believe it. . . he was a DWARF!
He storms over to my car, looks up at me and says, 'I AM NOT HAPPY!'
So, I look down at him and say, 'Well, which one are you then?"

And that's when the fight started!

Comment: If America got off the couch they might miss Marie Osmond losing weight. Oh wait, if she got up off the couch like I'm telling you too, she wouldn't have needed Nutri-System. Of course, then she became their spokesperson only to make hundreds of thousands more dollars doing food commercials. Well, her career did need a boost. Hadn't heard from her since that stupid talk show she and her brother Donny had.
Volcano In Chile-- PUERTO MONTT, Chile (Reuters) - A towering plume of ash from an erupting volcano in Chile's remote Patagonia could collapse back down to devastate the surrounding area, a leading expert warned on Friday. Luis Lara, a geologist and volcano expert with the government's geology and mining agency Sernageomin, says his models show the vast column of ash, which has soared 7.5 miles into the air, at a critical stage.
Comment: Well, so much for global warming. The cloud has caked towns on the Argentine side of the border with ash. Satellite images show a white stripe smeared across the continent. The ash from the volcano should cool the atmosphere 1/4 degree and give Al Gore something else to do. Go to Chile and clean up ash.
Comment: In all seriousness, my heart goes out to the peole of Chile and Myanmar. Two huge disasters back to back for two different countries. Please pray for these people.

Our country is slipping away from us and it's being legislated by lawmakers! NAFTA, Immigration, ENRON, Companies moving operations to other countries. WAKE UP CONGRESS. Earthquake in Guam -- HAGATNA, Guam - An undersea earthquake off Guam with a preliminary magnitude of 6.7 shook the U.S. territory Saturday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey said. There were no reports of damage or injuries. A magnitude-6 earthquake can cause severe damage. The quake failed to generate any destructive, widespread tsunami, according to the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Honolulu. The quake struck at 7:51 a.m. at a depth of 54.4 miles, the survey said in a statement. It was centered 125 miles west-southwest of Hagatna, Guam, and 250 miles southwest of Saipan in the neighboring Northern Mariana Islands, it said.
Comment: What is going on in the world? Volcanos erupting, Tropical Cyclones, Earthquakes. One might begin to believe God is angry with mankind for some reason. But what reason? The answers come to those who God chooses to reveal them too. If, and there's that giant word if. If you study and become as a little child as Christ said to do.
Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Comment: There's the big if. We must actually believe what Christ said and do as our Father instructs us to do? Why, American children don't do what there told to do physically by their mother and fathers. Do you think the parents will do as God instructs spiritually? Hence the problem. The breakdown of the family unit in America. Children without fathers, wives without husbands, husbands without wives and families without the leadership of their Father. There's no Government ruling the families today. The family is upside down! How can a family survive without Government? A leader? It can't and that's the sad state of the union of the breakdown of the family in the US.
